What is Well Wolfpack Certification?
Any workplace or student organization infusing holistic well-being practices into their college, department, unit or group can earn recognition for their efforts by applying for the Well Wolfpack Certification.
Get your seal and display your team’s commitment to well-being at NC State.
How can I get my team certified?
Certify your team by completing the appropriate forms below. Certifications are valid for the application year only, so apply annually to maintain certification.
Certifications are offered at the following levels:
- Gold: 90% +
- Silver: 80 – 89%
- Bronze: 70 – 79%

How to Certify
Step 1: Incorporate Wellness
Use the resources below to integrate wellness into your workplace. The online certification form uses a point-based system to evaluate your workplace based on your incorporation of the following health and well-being practices. Your workplace can earn points in the following areas:
