Unwinding Anxiety is an award-winning, evidence-based program that provides guided video and audio lessons to help people reduce their anxiety. NC State employees and students can get a 30% discount on an Unwinding Anxiety one-year, six-month or one-month membership.

Climbing Center

The Climbing Center consists of two types of indoor climbing: roped climbing and bouldering. Bouldering is available for drop-in use any time the Wellness and Recreation Center is open, while roped climbing has set hours where staff are on-site.

The Department of Health and Exercises Studies offers more than 70 different activity courses ranging from required 100-level fitness courses to Canoeing or Self Defense.
