CARES

CARES is a program that works closely with campus resources to provide early intervention for students who may be struggling personally or whose behavior has led others to be concerned for their well-being. Case managers can meet with the individual(s) to provide access to resources and follow up with them to monitor their progress.

Students, faculty, parents, and others are strongly encouraged to report behaviors that they feel are concerning or worrisome (no matter how small or insignificant they may seem).

On-Call Services

The Counseling Center provides 24/7 crisis support to any student in need, and our clinicians work to ensure all students are supported, assessed and provided resources. After hours and on weekends and holidays, our crisis services are shifted to ProtoCall, a contracted service that provides telephonic counseling by licensed clinicians to any student in need.
