Behavioral Health Resource Center

North Carolina State Health Plan members can access the Behavioral Health Resource Center to find providers who can assist with anxiety, depression and other issues.

Counseling Center Workshops

Workshops designed for small groups to meet for three sessions to build coping skills for a range of concerns — from dealing with anxiety to improving relationships and more. The facilitators respect each participant’s right to share only what they are comfortable sharing

Drop-In Spaces

Drop-in spaces are casual, low-commitment ways to engage in a variety of experiences that allow you to find connection and support. Drop-in spaces are offered by Prevention Services in collaboration with campus partners.

Headway

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina offers Headway, a mental health provider search platform. While all are welcome to use the platform, State Health Plan members enrolled in the Enhanced PPO Plan (80/20) or Base PPO Plan (70/30) will find Clear Pricing Project providers which do not require a copay.
