There are dozens of resources available at NC State to help you take charge of your wellness, tackle mental health challenges or simply find community on campus. Use the filters below to narrow down the list of resources — or search for a specific resource by name.

Feminist Fridays 

Hosted by the NC State Women’s Center, Feminist Fridays aims to create a community of scholars who believe in collaborative leadership through engaging in critical discourse and reflection and provides an opportunity for transformative learning through discussion, counter-storytelling and refuting the dominant narrative often attributed to marginalized populations.

Group Counseling 

Counseling in a small group setting can help you feel less alone. It connects you with other students who are going through similar struggles, creating an environment of social support and encouragement.

Peer Health Education Group 

Peer health educators are a diverse group of students who are trained to teach fellow students about pertinent health issues in a positive, interactive and nonjudgmental environment. Topics include alcohol and other drugs, smoking cessation, sexuality programming, nutrition, body image/eating disorders, stress management, mental health and more.

Togetherall 

Togetherall is an anonymous online peer support community here to listen and give your mental well-being a boost, available 24/7, 365.

Wellness Champions 

Wellness Champions are NC State staff and faculty who have a special interest in facilitating an innovative culture and environment of wellness in their college, unit or department.

Wellness Coaching 

Wellness and Recreation’s nationally-certified wellness coaches offer several options to NC State students to improve their well-being in individual, group or drop-in settings. Each coaching opportunity is designed to meet you where you are in your well-being journey and facilitate your personal growth and development along the way.

Wolfpack Career Chats 

Alleviate the stress surrounding what you’ll be when you grow up. Tune in to Wolfpack Career Chats to hear students and alumni who normalize the struggle associated with change and the messiness of being a human. Weekly tips help improve your career confidence.
