Crafts Center 

Did you know that just 20 minutes of art daily is as beneficial as exercise and mindfulness? The NC State Crafts Center offers classes, workshops, and special sessions in jewelry, wood, clay, glass, mixed media, fibers, painting, printmaking, photography – and more!

Feminist Fridays 

Hosted by the NC State Women’s Center, Feminist Fridays aims to create a community of scholars who believe in collaborative leadership through engaging in critical discourse and reflection and provides an opportunity for transformative learning through discussion, counter-storytelling and refuting the dominant narrative often attributed to marginalized populations.

Group Counseling 

Counseling in a small group setting can help you feel less alone. It connects you with other students who are going through similar struggles, creating an environment of social support and encouragement.

QTPOC 

QTPOC (Queer and Transgender People of Color) centers the lived experiences of African American, Hispanic/Latinx, Asian American, Native American, multi-racial, and communities of color who identify as LGBTQIA+, and provides a space for students to share their experiences, discuss how their identities influence each other, connect with other students who are navigating multiple communities and…

Queer Quorum 

Queer Quorum opens up the GLBT Center to a variety of intersectional, student-picked discussion topics. The first and last Tuesday of every month features a different student dialogue facilitator who chooses the month’s topic and leads participants in a thought-provoking discussion. This event creates space for dialogue and affirmation of queer and intersecting identities.

Wellness Living-Learning Village 

The Wellness Village is open to all NC State students committed to living a balanced lifestyle. The village encourages developing and maintaining personal overall wellness through coursework, small programs, mentorships and high-impact events.
