Wolfpack Success

Wolfpack Success is a student support program offered through Wellness and Recreation designed to provide students with the skills and resources needed to develop strategies for success at NC State and beyond. Participants will receive four virtual modules, optional in-person activities, including meetings with certified wellness coaches, and resources with strategies to help with accountability.


  • Improve self-efficacy, well-being, and academic success through learning lifestyle-related skills. 
  • Promote the application of learned material in all aspects of life to encourage healthy habits.
  • Connect students to university resources that enhance and support student well-being and success.

Program Details

This four-week program will have a hybrid approach that includes both virtual content on Google Sites and optional in-person activities. The four weekly, personal development modules will be focused on:

  • Time management
  • Sleep optimization
  • Stress management
  • Participant’s choice (pick one):
    • Eating Healthy on a Budget
    • Goal-setting
    • Mindfulness
    • Coping Styles and Strategies
