What is Wolfpack Success?
Wolfpack Success is a support program designed to provide students with the skills, strategies and resources needed for success at NC State and beyond. Offered through Wellness and Recreation, the program provides four virtual modules; optional in-person activities, including meetings with certified wellness coaches; and strategies to help you develop accountability.
Program Objectives
- Improve self-efficacy, well-being and academic success through learning lifestyle-related skills.
- Promote the application of learned material in all aspects of life to encourage healthy habits.
- Connect students to university resources that enhance and support student well-being and success.
Program Details
This four-week program will have a hybrid approach that includes both virtual content on Google Sites and optional in-person activities. The four weekly personal development modules will focus on:
- Time management
- Sleep optimization
- Stress management
- Participant’s choice (pick one):
- Eating healthy on a budget
- Goal-setting
- Mindfulness
- Coping styles and strategies
