Power Lunch

The Wolfpack Wellness Power Lunch Series is designed to promote health and well-being. Staff and faculty will have the opportunity to learn about various wellness topics presented by experts in the field of health and well-being.

Sessions are held on the second Wednesday of every month from 12:30 – 1:30 p.m.

Interested in learning the basics of spending and saving money wisely, setting financial goals, and developing a full understanding of how to invest? This session is designed to teach you the fundamentals of spending and investing.

Negotiation is all about coming to an agreement, learn the tactics that good negotiators use to help you get what you want in any situation.
