This certification offers student organizations the opportunity to infuse holistic wellbeing practices into their day-to-day operations and earn recognition for these efforts.

Certify your organization by completing the Well Wolfpack Certified Student Organizations (WWCSO) Online Form. Applications for the 2019-2020 Academic Year will be accepted beginning August 3, 2020. Certifications are offered at the following levels:

  • Gold:  90% +
  • Silver:  80 – 89%
  • Bronze:  70 – 79%

How to Certify

Step 1: Incorporate Wellness

Use the resources below to integrate wellness into your student organization. The Well Wolfpack Certified Organization online form uses a point-based system to evaluate your workplace based on your incorporation of the following health and wellbeing practices. Organizations can earn points in the areas of:

  1. Check all the resources that have been provided by your organization in written or online format that address the benefits of physical activity:
    • Brochures
    • Videos
    • Articles
    • Newsletters
    • Posters and/or Signage
    • Emails
    • Electronic Displays
    • Other
    • None
  2. In the past six months, has your organization provided educational sessions or workshops on how to be more physically active?

  3. Please list any examples of physical activity seminars, workshops, or group fitness classes provided to members in the past six months.
  4. Does your organization allow optional time for stretch and fitness breaks during long meetings or trainings?

Step 2: Submit Certification

The application will available beginning August 3, 2020. Be sure to review the criteria listed in “Step 1” to prepare for your application submission.

Step 3: Promote Your Achievement

Be sure to use the certification as a way to promote your student organization, including displaying your Well Wolfpack Certification seal on your websites, emails and social media pages.
